In our parish, we believe that every home should be a sanctuary — comfortable, efficient, and environmentally friendly.
However, nearly 48% of our housing stock lacks either an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) or has outdated information.
This means many homes are potentially missing out on valuable insights that could help improve their insulation, comfort, and energy efficiency.
As we strive to enhance the quality of life for all residents, the first step is to update our EPC information.
By doing so, we can identify which homes need targeted retrofit advice, empowering homeowners to make informed decisions about their energy use.
To help visualize this journey, we have an interactive map of our parish, which highlights homes with valid EPCs
(colored square), those with outdated certifications (colored square with a halo), and those without an EPC at all (a red dot).

We encourage residents to take the initiative to organize or update their EPCs.
To make this process more accessible and affordable, the Parish Council is happy to collect the names of those interested in upgrading their EPCs.
By coordinating a bulk upgrade, we can help reduce costs for everyone involved.
